The shell shall be fabricated from tested quality steel duly welded, comprising of base frame, peripheral structure, self-draining roof, entry doors and of windows (as per requirement). The eight corners shall be sufficiently strengthened to facilitate transportation, lifting and placing.Base:
(100 x 50) mm C-channel frame work on which 18 mm marine ply mounted with 1.3 mm vinyl flooring.Nesting:
Nesting will be done from (40 X 40) mm L- Angle with 5 mm thickness for equivalent load distribution and additional strength.Roof:
- Top outer curved type of HR 18 swg plane sheet welded with M.S. Frame structure
- Top inner decorated with 8 mm thick pre-laminated sheet.
Cage Structure & Wall Panels: M.S. Frame work with square pipes & wall thickness 50 mm. The steel sheet shall be treated for corrosion resistant. Panels shall be vertically corrugated, sheet shall be continuously welded to top side and base structure so as to offer better strength to weight ratio. All gaps will be sealed at edges and at seams, bottom etc to prevent ingress of moisture.
- Exterior wall: 18 swg HR bended sheet welded on M.S. frame
- Internal wall: 8 mm thick pre-laminated sheet
- Corner Post: Made of 60 X 60 square pipe with 3mm thickness
- Made of 75 X 75 L-Angle with 5 mm thickness
All voids within the external wall & inner wall are filled with glass wool 50 mm. thick which possess a rare combination of lower thermal conductivity & enhanced sound resistance.Door:

All wiring shall be concealed type & shall be of PVC insulated copper wire having ISI quality. The wiring will be suitable for 220 – 240 Volt, Single Phase AC.Paints:
All components are primed internally & externally and painted with two coats of epoxy paint.
